Authentic essential oils are produced by the whole plant organism based on nature and its environment. These essential oils are an everchanging mix of chemical combination that can be used to support our bodies in a variety of ways. For example, due to its chemistry, peppermint essential oil can be used to cool or warm you – depending on your body’s need. Understanding the plant chemistry helps me select the most appropriate blend supporting you and your theme word. Here are some essential oil examples:
